Our language and culture courses are flexible, designed for students of any level, and provide essential skills for cross cultural communication in the workplace.

 

Vocational training can be recognised for Certificate and Diploma programs in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, and Business, including:

SITXLAN007 Basic oral communication - a One Day Course

SITXCOM002 Show social and cultural sensitivity - a One Day Course

​

SITSS00042 Service for international visitors - a Two Day Course, including basic, oral communication, cultural sensitivity  and customer service training as a Skill Set

 

We make use of readily available apps such as Google Translate, WeChat and Youtube to get you practising speaking Mandarin Chinese straight away. Learn to:

ABOUT US

Lisa Miller is an experienced educator with a passion for teaching Chinese. Awarded the Queensland College of Teachers' Award in 2014 for outstanding service to Chinese language education in Queensland, Lisa has also worked in international education marketing and business development.
